Lebanon, Pa- Penn State Harrisburg Men's Golf team took sixth place at the LVC Dutchmen Spring Invitational held at the Lebanon Country Club. Senior Keith Miller, who posted a +11, led the Lions.
The Blue & White battled cold windy conditions that challenged all of the golfers on the 6,562 yard, par 72 course. Miller finished tied for 15th with his 83. Luke Ehler had one of his best outing of the season posting an 88 which was good enough for 25th.
Head Coach Tyler Shank said, "Another cold day, windy with some snow. Another less than ideal day for golf. However, this team continues to battle and fight for every stroke! Conference is less than two weeks away, and I am optimistic that their passion, drive, and hard work is going to lead us to a strong finish to the season!"
The Lions will be back in action this Saturday and Sunday at the Rosement Ravens Invitational. Saturday's competition will take place at Honeybrook Golf Club and Sunday's competition will be held at Downingtown Country Club.
