Newport News, Va. - Penn State Harrisburg has not had a finish outside the top three in the spring portion of their 2014-2015 campaign and they are putting themselves in a great position to continue this trend on day two of the CAC tournament. The Blue and White recorded a second place finish at Christopher Newport on Saturday, April 18th and put themselves in a great spot heading into Sunday's final round.
The Lions as a team shot a 305, which puts them in second place heading into the final round. Harrisburg was led by freshman Keith Miller (Pittsburgh, Pa / Thomas Jefferson), who shot a +4 for the day. Miller was followed closely by sophomore Tyler Shank (Palmyra, Pa. / Palmyra Area) who recorded a +5 finish in round one. Harrisburg will look to finish strong in Sunday's final round and bring home another top finish at the CAC Championships.
