MIDDLETOWN, Pa. - Penn State Harrisburg's men's basketball team jumped out to an early double-digit lead and never looked back in a 68-58 victory over United East foe St. Mary's (Md.) at the Capital Union Building on Tuesday night, Jan. 31.

Isaiah Eggleston led the way with a team-high 17 points and seven rebounds, while reigning United East Player of the Week Nate Curry finished with 11 points. Chase Robinson and Malik Holland added 10 points apiece.

The Lions (9-10, 6-4 United East) raced out to a 9-0 lead thanks in part to 3-balls from Holland and Eggleston before another triple from Lance Douglas and a one-handed breakaway dunk from Robinson made it 16-4 at the 12:25 mark. The Seahawks eventually drew to within five at 22-17 but a couple of buckets from Curry pushed the advantage back to nine late in the first half.

Holland opened the second half with two more 3-pointers, while a Zegary Scott III layup and a pair of Eggleston free throws extended the lead to 43-27 with 16:34 left to play. The lead ballooned to a game-high 19 points following a Curry jump shot at the 13:45 mark and the Penn State Harrisburg defense kept the visitors at bay the rest of the way.
