Middletown, Pa. - The Penn State Harrisburg men's basketball team used a second half rally to keep in contention with the undefeated Susquehanna Crusader's Monday night at the Capital Union Building.  The Lions had the game within 10 points with just over six minutes to play, but could not keep the Crusader's off the glass or missing from outside enough and eventually suffered a 76-62 loss.

The visiting Crusaders wasted no time jumping on the Lions early and often.  Susquehanna was on fire from deep as they netted seven 3's in the first half alone to head into the half up by 16.  Five different players connected from deep for the visitors, who shot 58% from three and 50% from the field as they finished the first 20 minutes of play up 42- 26.

The Lions put behind their slow first half and came out firing in the second.  Tariq Bennett (Philadelphia, Pa. / Milton Hershey School) helped the lead charge scoring 13 of his 15 points in the second half.  Harrisburg used a 14-1 run in just under a four minute stretch to claw back within 10 ten points in the final minutes, but came up short allowing the Crusader's to push it back up to 14 as time expired.

Alberto De Los Santo (East Pennsboro, Pa. / East Pennsboro) made a solid contribution for the Blue and White, scoring a total of 13 points while grabbing four rebounds and dishing out five assists.  Bennett was the game's high scorer bucketing 15 points.

Harrisburg will only get a day off as they head to Annapolis Md. to face off against the Division I United States Naval Academy on Wednesday November 26th at 7:00 pm.
