How it Happened:

Harrisburg started the day strong scoring one run in the first, four in the second and three in the third inning on way to a 10-2 win.  The Lions dominated on both ends with Justin Dell claiming four RBI's to help Harrisburg in game one offensively while Michael De Leon claimed his third win of the year from the mound.  De Leon allowed just one run and three hits through the first five innings of play.

The Knights started to build momentum in the 9th inning of game one scoring two runs.  Despite still losing the first game after a solid performance from the Lions, the Knights built some confidence and rolled in into the start of game two.

Southern Virginia took advantage of a three run first inning and solid pitching performance from Tayler Peterson who kept the Lions shut out through the first six innings of play.  Harrisburg started to make a push in the seventh when they got on the board to score their first two runs of the game, but were unable to make up the deficit in the end.
