Penn State Harrisburg traveled to Annville Pa. to take on Lebanon Valley College for their 4th game in five days. The Dutchmen beat the Lions 10-1.
The Lions came into the game after losing to Stevenson, breaking Harrisburg's 6 game winning streaks. The Lions started slow letting the Dutchmen score a run in the first two innings take the lead 2-0. The Lions fought back, scoring one in the top of the 3rd off of a Brian Goodling (Carlisle, Pa./ Carlisle) RBI single to score the Lions only run of the game. From there the Dutchmen shut down the Lions, only allowing 4 hits in the last six innings while scoring eight runs off of 12 hits in that time to take the game 10-1.
As the Lions limp home after a hard loss they will look to rebound this upcoming Sunday April 26th when Wilkes comes to town for the last home double header of the year starting at noon.
