The Penn State Harrisburg men's and women's cross country teams have worked hard all fall to prepare for their biggest meet of the year. On Saturday October 28th both teams will compete in the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) Championships being hosted by Christopher Newport at Lee Hall Mansion in Newport News, Va. Race time for women's 6k is set for 11 a.m., followed by the men's 8k at noon.
