On Saturday October 28th, both teams will compete in the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) Championships being hosted by Christopher Newport.

Lions Finish 30th At Gettysburg College InvitationalOctober 14, 2017Gettysburg, Pa.- Penn State Harrisburg Women’s Cross Country team finished 30th at the Gettysburg College Invitational. Sephora Senestant lead the Lions with a time of 27:13.5 on the 6K course which was good enough for 133rd overall.

Harrisburg Finishes 3rd At Bud Smitely InvitationalOctober 06, 2017Harrisburg, Pa.- Penn State Harrisburg Women’s Cross Country took third at their annual home meet, The Bud Smitely Invitational. Sephora Senestant took 10th with a time of 23:23.9 on the 5K course.

Senestant Top Finisher For LionsSeptember 23, 2017Grantham, Pa- Penn State Harrisburg as a team finished fifth at the Messiah College Invitational. Sephora Senestant was the top finisher for the Lions with a time of 31:32. She was followed closely by Kim Cunningham who finished with a time of 33:10.

Penn State Harrisburg Finished 6th at Cougar ClaisscSeptember 17, 2017Dallas Pa. - The Penn State Harrisburg men and women's cross-country teams traveled to the Misericorida Cougar Classic Saturday September 16th for their second meet of the year. Kadeem Willis led the Blue and White men while Sephora Senestant led the women.
