The 2016 CAC Women's Cross Country Championship meet will be hosted by Penn State Harrisburg this Saturday at the Hershey Entertainment Complex in Hershey, Pa. Race time for women's 6k is set for noon. The men's race will precede the women's at 11 a.m.

At the 2015 CAC Championship, Christopher Newport ran away with its third straight conference title, placing five runners inside the top 10. Individual champion Alicia Dillman and York finished second, with Mary Washington in third.
Ten All-CAC performers return from last season, as the 2016 championship meet will feature another strong group of returning runners along with some talented freshmen that have shined this fall.
