Penn State Harrisburg finished in the middle of the pack at the Lancaster Invitational. The Women's cross country team finished 5th of 6 teams and the men finished 4th of 6 teams.
Top Performers for the Blue and White's women's team where Rachel Sechrist (Allentown, Pa./ Salisbury) and Laura Hernandez (Toa Alta, Puerto Rico/ Academia Discipulos de Cristo) who both finished 14th and 19th respectively. For the men the top performer was Nick Sturm who finished 3rd overall.
Both teams will be back in action this Saturday Oct. 18th when the teams travel to the Gettysburg Invitational starting at 11 a.m. With only one more invitational before the CAC Championships on Nov. 1st, both teams look to finish strong at Gettysburg.
