Rodney Weber was hired as the Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach in 2016.

Since Weber’s arrival to Penn State Harrisburg, he remains an important component in setting the groundwork for the program and the development of the athletes. He helps train all facets of the game and actively searches for community service projects.  Weber also coached the Prevail Volleyball Club 17’s USVBA open level, located in Annville, PA.

Weber started his coaching career at Lancaster Mennonite High School coaching the boys (1996-1999) where they won a section title in 99 and earned a district playoff berth. He also started Colortech Women’s Volleyball Club where he coached the 18 and under team.  He then took over the Cedar Crest High School Girls Volleyball Team from 2005-2013 and then led at Northern Lebanon High School in 2015.  Coach Weber is one of the founders and the volleyball director at Twelv2athlete volleyball club.

Weber was a ‘92 graduate of Cocalico high school where he played middle and made the Lancaster Lebanon All-Star Team his senior year. He also has played at USVBA open level for 15 years with the Weaver Markets AA team.  

Weber thrives on team unity, basics, community service projects and fundamentals.  He resides in Lebanon County with his wife and three children.
