Harrisburg Lets Lead Slip to Valley Forge

The Penn State Harrisburg women's volleyball team suffered a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Valley Forge Christian after allowing large leads in both the first and third set to slip.

The blue and white battled point for point with the hosting Patriots through all three sets.  Unfortunately, the lions were not able to steal any sets from Valley Forge as they lost the match in three straight sets.

Junior Megan Sheaffer (Palmyra, Pa./ Palmyra Area)  was a bright spot for Harrisburg leading the team with 10 kills and hitting .389.

Penn State will face off against Notre Dame at home Saturday.
