The blue and white lost a tough one at home Saturday versus an undefeated Susquehanna team losing 9-0. The visiting crusaders have been on a tear all season and their meet with the hosting lions was more of the same.
Harrsburg's Freshmen duo of Jessy Miller (Manheim, PA / Manheim Central) and Shawna Brandt (Jonestown, PA / Northern Lebanon) fought hard to keep the lions within striking distance during the doubles matches. Unfortunately, their efforts were not enough to take down the crusaders who cruised to a 9-0 victory over Harrisburg.
The lady lions will finish up their fall season October 8th at Lycoming.
