Harrisburg falls at home to Immaculata

The Blue and White Womens Tennis team struggle at home versus a quality Immaculata side. The might Macs controlled the court with a 7-2 win over Harrisburg.

Immaculata proved to be too much for the Lions as they took every match in Tuesday's competition.  Harrisburg was able to pick up two wins off of forfeits.  Penn State was able to hang tough in the doubles portion of the match where Freshmen duo Jessy Miller (Manheim, PA / Manheim Central) and Shawna Brandt (Jonestown, PA / Northern Lebanon) lost a close one to Immaculata 9-7.  In the second doubles match, Steph Harnden (Hershey, PA / Hershey) and Hilary Mataure (Brisbane, Australia / Clayfield) dropped a close match 8-6.

Harrisburg will look to regroup next Tuesday, September 30 at Albright.
