Penn State Harrisburg's softball team will continue their season this Wednesday May 6th at 4:30 P.M. when they travel to Misericordia University for the first round of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III South Softball Championship.
Coming off a 18-18 season the Lions started the season off winning 9 of their first 12 games, before conference play slowed them down going 7-13 in the month of April before finishing the season winning 6 of their last 10 games. Misericordia is coming in as the 2nd seed for the tournament with a 26-15 record and placing 2nd in the Freedom Conference tournament. Both teams will be looking to advance to the semifinal round which would be played Saturday May 9th with the winner of the game facing the winner of Cabrini and Alvernia.
The game is set to start at 4:30 P.M. at Misericordia University in Dallas Pa.
