St. Mary's- Yesterday morning the Penn State Harrisburg men's and women's cross country teams traveled to St. Mary's College to run in the Second Annual Seahawk Invitational. It was a very warm and muggy morning for the race. The men's team placed ninth while the women's team placed eleventh.

There were nearly one hundred runners for the men's side of the race. Additionally, there were several Nittany Lions who placed. The fastest runner for the men was Alejandro Davila who had a time of 32 minutes. He was followed by teammates Korey Christian (Cortlandt Manor, N.Y / Walter Panas), Jordan Fuhrman, Vladimir Theophil, and Ethan Brackbill

The women side did not have nearly as many runners but several members of the women's team who made it on the board. The best runner for the women was Freshman Ashley Peart. She had a very respectable time on 28:48. She was closely followed by Junior Kaitlin Gould (Camp Hill, Pa. / Cedar Cliff) and Freshmen Taylor Luken
