• Under the direction of head coach Danielle Lynch, Sarah Brotzman is the first throws coach at Penn State Harrisburg.  Coaching the Lions’ is Brotzman’s first collegiate coaching position.
• Brotzman helped multiple athletes place at the CAC Outdoor Conference Championship in 2015 and 2016 with standout representation from Cameron Yon who place 1^st in the discus at CACs, 2^nd at ECACs, and 3^rd at the Division III NCAA Championship meet which also qualified him for the USTFCCCAs in California. Yon is the first NCAA All-American in the history of Penn State Harrisburg.
• A throws standout herself and graduate of Shippensburg University, Brotzman earned 2 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference titles in the discus and 9 All-PSAC titles that helped contribute to 4 indoor and 4 outdoor PSAC team titles. By maintaining a 3.5 GPA and being nationally ranked in the discus and hammer, Brotzman earned 3 NCAA All-Academic titles throughout her time at Ship.
• In 2013, Brotzman earned her cum laude Bachelors of Arts in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design and a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies from Shippensburg University.
• Starting in the fall of 2015, Brotzman started her Master’s Degree at Messiah College in Higher Education with a split concentration in Student Affairs and Collegiate Athletic Leadership. While earning her Master’s she was selected and completed an ACUHO-I internship, one of the most prestigious internships available in student affairs, at Savannah College of Art and Design. Brotzman currently resides in her native McAlisterville, PA.
