  • Women's Tennis earns ITA All-Academic Team Status

    Tempe, Az- The Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced the 2018 All-Academic Teams and Scholar-Athletes on Tuesday. The Penn State Harrisburg Women’s Tennis team earned All-Academic Team status with five players earning Scholar-Athlete status. Four members of the Men’s Tennis Team earned Scholar-Athlete status. In all, 735 teams and 4,328 student-athletes across all five divisions of college tennis were honored.
  • Lion Tennis Ends Year at Home with Southern Virginia

    Middletown, Pa. - The Penn State Harrisburg Men's and Women's tennis team closed out their 2017-2018 season Saturday April 21st at home against the Southern Virginia Knights. Penn State fought hard, but fell in both the men's and women's matches 9-0.
  • Lions Claw Back at Bobcats in CAC Win

    Frostburg, Md. - The Penn State Harrisburg men's tennis team put together an impressive comeback in their 5-4 win over the Frostburg St. Bobcats on Saturday April 14th. The Lions went down 2-1 in doubles, but were able to overcome the deficit by winning four of six singles matches to pull their first Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) win of the season.
  • Lions Drop Hard Fought Battle With Dutchmen

    Harrisburg, PA- Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Tennis team dropped a hard fought battle with Lebanon Valley College 5-4. The Lions picked singles wins from Eric Belles and Issac George and added a pair of doubles wins.

    Middletown, Pa. - Penn State Harrisburg men's and women's tennis teams hosted the Christopher Newport Captains on Sunday April 8th. The Captains men and women came into the contest each with just one loss in Capital Athletic Conference play.
  • Lions swept by Seagulls

    Harrisburg, Pa.- Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Tennis fell in CAC action to Sailsbury University. The Lions were swept by the Seagulls failing to capture any team points. Issac George challenged in his singles match winning set one, and falling in the final set 11-9.
  • Lions Dominate Chargers at Home

    Middletown, Pa. - The Penn State Harrisburg men's tennis team put together a strong showing on Monday March 26th against the Lancaster Bible Chargers. After winning every doubles match, the Lions breezed through their singles every where but the #1 spot to claim an 8-1 victory.
  • Tough Start in Conference Play For Tennis Teams

    The Men's and Women's tennis team traveled for a tough weekend of matches to open their Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) season. The Lions faced off against St. Mary's College on Saturday March 24th and Mary Washington on Sunday March 25th.
  • More Changes Due To Winter Weather

    Harrisburg, Pa- Due to winter weather, Penn State Harrisburg Athletics has several changes to its springs sports schedule. Baseball has canceled its game at York College and Saturdays games with Frostburg State. Make ups are still to be determined. The Softball team has canceled its home double header for today March 22nd against Franklin & Marshall. A make up date is yet to be determined. Softball has also moved its home doubleheader against Wilson College from Saturday March 24th to Thursday March 29th. The Men's Golf Invitational at McDaniel College on March 24th and 25th has been canceled. Our Men's and Women's Tennis matches schedule for today March 22nd at Lancaster Bible are moved to Monday March 26th at 3pm. Please continue to check back for more updates on the schedule changes.

    Hilton Head Island, SC – Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Tennis played their third match in three days Tuesday against fellow Penn State campus Behrend. The team fell 9-0.

  • Men's Tennis Spring Play Begins

    Hilton Head Island, SC - Penn State Harrisburg Men's Tennis officially began their spring season Sunday with a spring break trip to South Carolina. The fell however, in their first match to Wartburg College 9-0.

    The Penn State Harrisburg men's tennis team is actively getting ready for their Spring campaign filled with Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) matches.   • 68 Student-Athletes Make Fall Dean's List

    Harrisburg, Pa - Penn State Harrisburg wants to recognize its outstanding Student-Athletes who are excelling in the class room and on the field. This fall across all 17 of the Intercollegiate Teams, 68 Student-Athletes earned a 3.5 GPA or higher, placing them on the Fall Deans List. Congratulation to the following Student-Athletes:

    Selinsgrove, PA.- Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Tennis dropped a tight match against Susquehanna University. The Lions got singles victories from Isaac George, Austin Stehman, and Jared Gluck. Gluck and Stehman also picked up a doubles victory for the Lions.

    Towson, MD.- Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Tennis got swept by Goucher College 9-0. The Lions battle hard in every match taking several points away from Goucher, but could not pick up any sets. Alexander Rohn pushes the second set of his singles into a tie breaker.
  • Harrisburg Drops Heart Breaker To Blue Jays

    Harrisburg, Pa.- Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Tennis dropped a close match against Elizabethtown College by a score of 5-4. The Lions picked up singles victories from Noah Nacionales, Isaac George, and Alexander Rohn. The team of Noah Nacionales and Isaac George picked up a doubles victory for the Lions final team point.
  • Lions Pick Up First Win

    Harrisburg, Pa.- Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Tennis team picked their first win of the season, knocking off Albright College by a team score of 8-1. The Lions swept through singles competition and won two for the three doubles matches.
  • Penn State Harrisburg Drops Match to Juniata

    Hunington, Pa- Penn State Harrisburg men's and women's tennis teams both dropped their season openers to Juniata on Friday afternoon. Despite a hard-fought effort from the Lions, Eagles proved to be too much for them.
