How It Happened:

The Lions went down just ten minutes into the first half, when a Blue and White defender pulled an attacking Knight down just inside the 18-yard box.  After a successful kick from the penalty spot, Harrisburg found themselves down for the first time this season.

Harrisburg controlled a significant amount of the play and won the stat battle, but it took until the 63rd minute for the Lions to even the score thanks to ta Gahomera goal.  Both teams defended their goals well and forced additional time to find a winner.

The first overtime saw a couple of descent chances for each team as the game opened up due to more than a few tired legs after such a long and hard battle.  Despite the Lions having a few more opportunities, with just two minutes left in the second overtime, it felt a draw was the obvious result.

Harrisburg's Joey Aman refused to settle for the draw and used the final gas in his tank for one final drive at the goal.  Aman took on two defenders with his pace before slotting the game winner in the bottom right corner for the exciting win.
