  • Lions Capitalize On Penalty Kicks On Senior Day

    The Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Soccer team took advantage of two penalty shots to pick up the team’s first CAC win over Southern Virginia on Senior Day. After the game the Blue & White celebrated seniors Eric Caldwell, Ethan Hoover, Creasy Lopez, Dustin Rohrbach, and Christian Schmoyer.
  • Men's Soccer Continues to Receive Votes In National Rankings

    For the third consecutive week, Penn State Harrisburg men’s soccer is receiving votes in the D3soccer.com national rankings. It is the first time in program history that the Lions have earned mention in the poll three weeks in a row.
  • Men's Soccer Fights to Double-OT Draw at York (Pa.)

    For the second time in five days, Penn State Harrisburg battled to a double overtime draw with one of the top teams in the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC). The Lions earned a 1-1 tie at York (Pa.) on Wednesday night, Oct. 10.

    Penn State Harrisburg took advantage of back-to-back home games by giving the team’s starters a rare day to recover during Sunday afternoon’s 1-0 shutout victory over Fisher at Nittany Soccer Field.

  • Harrisburg Fall In Double Overtime To Christopher Newport

    Newport News, Va. – The Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Soccer suffered its first loss of the season, falling to Christopher Newport in double overtime. The Lions battled hard against Captains, keeping the game scoreless through regulation while facing 13 Christopher Newport shots. The game was very physical with 5 yellow cards being issued.
  • Men’s Soccer Enters Regional Rankings

    Harrisburg, PA- The Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Soccer team entered the regional rankings at number 10 in the Division III United Soccer Rankings. The Lions are off to their best start in history, improving to 11-0 with their win over Wilson College.
  • Five Lions Score As Harrisburg Beats Wilson

    Harrisburg, Pa. – The Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Soccer team used goals from five goals from five different players to defeat Wilson College and improved to 11-0 overall. The Lions dominated play taking 19 shots, putting nine of them on frame.
  • Hoover Named CAC Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week

    Ethan Hoover tallied four goals and one assist last week, helping the Lions to a 3-0 record and improve to 10-0 overall this season. He scored the game-winner and added an assist against Hartwick. In a 4-0 win at Clarks Summit, Hoover scored the first two goals, before concluding the week with the game's second goal in a 2-0 triumph at Marymount. 
  • Lions Improve To 10-0
    September 22, 2018
    Arlington, Va. – The Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Soccer team improved to 10-0 on the season defeating Marymount, 2-0. Harrisburg’s Luis Velasco and Ethan Hoover each found the back of the net. For the seventh time this season, the Lions defense shut out their opponent, holding the Saints to only five shots.
  • Hoover, Nichik Score Twice In Win

    Clarks Summit, Pa. – The Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Soccer team got two goals from Ethan Hoover and Toma Nichik in route to 4-0 victory over Clarks Summit. With the win the Lions improve to 9-0 on the season.  
  • Aman Named CAC Men's Soccer Offensive Player Of The Week

    Aman continued his torrid start to the season with four total goals last week in victories over Penn State Berks and Brooklyn College. Aman found the back of the net twice in each contest, including the game-winner vs. Penn State Berks. He now leads the CAC in goals scored this season with nine.
  • Six Lions Score In Victory

    Harrisburg, Pa. – The Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Soccer Team battled through rainy conditions to defeat Hartwick College, 8-0. The Lions would six different players score including two goals from Toma Nichik and Creasy Lopez. With the win, the Lions improve to 8-0 overall this season.
  • Aman Nets Two More Goals As Lions Beat Bulldogs
    September 15, 2018
    Harrisburg, Pa. – The Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Soccer continued its winning ways, knocking off Brooklyn College. After conceding an early goal the Lions recovered with Joey Aman and Ethan Hoover both scoring first goals. The Lions would tack on one final goal in the 65th minute to put the game out of reach.
  • Aman and Wolf Appear In CAC Top Plays
    September 13, 2018
    Harrisburg, PA- Joey Aman and Brittany Wolf both had standout plays this week that earn them spots in the CAC Top Plays. In double overtime against Neumann, Joey Aman stole the ball at Midfield, drove into the box, and finished the chance to give the Lions a 2-1 victory. Brittany Wolf helped rally the Lions in the fifth set versus Shenandoah, closing the set with a solo block. 
  • Harrisburg Beats Berks; Improves To 6-0
    September 13, 2018
    Harrisburg, Pa. – The Penn State Harrisburg soccer team used goals from Joey Aman, Toma Nichik, and Christian Schmoyer to pick up a 4-0 win over Penn State Berks. The Lions dominated play taking 14 shots, 12 of which were on goal.
  • Harrisburg Dominates at Home to Remain Unbeaten

    Middletown, Pa. - The Penn State Harrisburg men's soccer team is off to a tremendous start to their 2018 season. After a thrilling double-overtime win on Friday September 7th of Neumann, the Lions hosted Gwynedd Mercy on Saturday September 8th.
  • Aman Double OT Score Lifts Lions Over Neumann

    Harrisburg, Pa. – The Penn State Harrisburg men’s soccer team hosted Neumann University on Friday September 7th hoping to keep their perfect start to the season going.  The Lions went behind early in the first half, but battled back to win their fourth straight game in thrilling fashion with a 2-1 double overtime win.
  • Ethan Hoover's Goal vs Bryn Athyn Featured in CAC Plays Of The Week

    Harrisburg, Pa- Ethan Hoover's goal in the 48th minute against Bryn Athyn was featured in the CAC Plays of the Week. Hoover struck the bouncing pass from Shammah Gahomera and buried in the back of the net, giving the Lions a 2-0 advantage. The Lions would go on to win 6-0.
  • Lions Down Chargers; Improve to 3-0

    Lancaster, Pa. – The Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Soccer team defeat Lancaster Bible in their first road game of the season. Facing hot conditions and a game Chargers squad, the Lions used goals from Alexander Wardle, Joey Aman, and Toma Nichik to pick up the victory. The Lions defense has still not allowed a goal this season.
  • Aman Scores Twice As Lions Down Rams

    Harrisburg, Pa. – The Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Soccer team used two first half goals from Joey Aman to pick up a 4-0 victory over Farmingdale St. Aman would strike in the 27th and 30th minutes and Luis Velasco would add late first half goal to put the Lions up 3-0. The Lions would control play in the second half adding a fourth goal from Zach Hambleton.
  • Lions Win Home Opener
    August 31, 2018
    Harrisburg, Pa. – The Penn State Harrisburg Men’s Soccer team used five second half goals to pick up a win over Bryn Athyn College in their first game of the 2018 season. Toma Nichik scored in the first minute of the game on a breakaway set up by a pass from Shammah Gahomera. In the second half, Ethan Hoover, Joey Aman, Alexander Wardle, Luis Velasco, and Chase Foster all found the back of the net.
  • Men's Soccer Selected 7th In Preseason Poll

    FREDERICKSBURG, Va. - The Penn State Harrisburg Men's Soccer Team was picked 7th in the CAC Preseason Poll. Christopher Newport edged out Mary Washington by one point to earn the title of preseason favorite in the preseason poll.
