The Penn State Harrisburg men's soccer team extended their season for at least another week by getting selected into the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) playoffs.  Harrisburg will travel to Alfred University on Saturday November 12th to face off against Penn State Altoona in the round of sixteen.

ECAC Releases Division III Men's Soccer Championship Matchups

DANBURY, Conn. - The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) announced Rutgers University - Camden will be the overall top-seed in the 2016 ECAC Division III Men 's Soccer Championship. The championship field will be broken out into four regions for first-round play beginning on Saturday, Nov. 12.

The Raptors finished the regular season with an overall mark of 8-8-4, and will host the fourth seeded team in Region 1, Hunter College (10-7-1).

In Region 1, the No. 2 seed, Drew University (10-5-3) will face No. 3 seed New York University (9-7-2).

In Region 2, the No. 1 seed, Lebanon Valley College (14-4-0) will face No. 4 seed Cabrini University (12-7-1) while No. 2 seed, Grove City College (14-4-1) will match up against No. 3 seed Arcadia University (9-7-4).

In Region 3, the No. 1 seed, Ramapo College (10-4-3) will face No. 4 seed College of Staten Island (11-7-2) while No. 2 seed, William Paterson University (8-8-2) will match up against No. 3 seed Moravian College (8-4-4).

In Region 4, the No. 1 seed, Alfred University (8-7-2) will face No. 4 seed SUNY Cobleskill (8-8-2). No. 2 seed, Penn State Altoona (11-7-1) will match up against No. 3 Penn State Harrisburg (11-8-0).

The winners of each round will move on to the quarterfinals which will take place on Sunday, Nov. 13 at the highest remaining seed.
