Nittany Lions Fall in First Conference Game

The Penn State Harrisburg men's soccer team struggled on the road tonight against Christopher Newport. The Lions fell in their first conference game of the year 5-0.

Christopher Newport would go on to score three goals in the first half and two in the second. The Lions could not capitalize off of any of their offensive opportunities. Goalkeeper Brandon Hoover (Gap, Pa. / Pequea Valley) was kept busy in the back and came up with eight big saves for Harrisburg.

Harrisburg will travel to Susquehanna on Wednesday September 3rd for a non-conference match. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 pm.
