Miller Places Second at Washington and Jefferson Invitational

Canonsburg, Pa.- Over the past two days the Penn State Harrisburg men's golf team participated in the Peter C. Rossin Memorial Tournament. The tournament was hosted by Washington and Jefferson. The men placed second overall while also having several individuals place in the top five.

 Sophomore Keith Miller (Pittsburgh, Pa. / Thomas Jefferson) shot an opening round of 77. In day two he went on to shoot a 79. These scores together put him up on the board at second place where he was tied with Patrick Jonnet from Washington and Jefferson. Not far behind was Junior Tyler Shank (Palmyra, Pa. / Palmyra Area) who shot a 78 on day one and an 84 on the second day of the tournament. Shank ended the tournament in fifth place for Harrisburg. Sophomore Collin Hagenbuck (Latrobe, Pa. / Wilson) tied with teammate David Sinisi (Harrisburg, Pa. / Central Dauphin) for fourteenth place overall. Harrisburg as a team placed second behind Washington and Jefferson. 

Up next for the men is the Franklin and Marshall Invitational on Monday October 19th.
