Middletown, PA – Penn State Harrisburg men's basketball started their game on Wednesday February 14th with the knowledge their post season hopes had ended. The Lions did however have the chance to play spoiler to the Marymount Saints, who are currently in 7th place and hoping to stay in the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) playoff hunt.

How it Happened:
The Lions started the game playing strong on both ends of the court. They used an 11-2 run over the first five minutes to set the tempo they maintained throughout the first half. Harrisburg stretched their lead to 21 with four to go, but the Saints finished the final minutes on a 9-2 run to cut the deficit to 14 at the half.
Penn State kept control throughout the first ten minutes of the second half never giving up their double-digit lead. With 8:35 to go, the Blue and White had extended their lead over the 20-point mark, 60-38.
Marymount battled to the final whistle, but never found an opening to make it a game. Harrisburg cruised to a 72-54 point victory.
