Harrisburg. Pa – Penn State Harrisburg Athletic Director Rashaan Carlton and Head Men's Basketball coach Don Friday have released the 2017-18 schedule, set to tip off the regular season on November 15 at Haverford College. 

The Lions are coming off a 9-16 Season that saw the Lions win the Penn State Harrisburg Tip-Off Tournament. The Lions would finish 6-12 in conference play picking up wins over Southern Virginia, Wesley, St. Mary's, York, and Frostburg State. The Lions are returning 10 players from last years roster including Gbolahan Alliyu whose 81 Blocked Shots last season set a single season school record

After traveling to Haveford, the Lions will return home to host the Penn State Harrisburg Tip-Off Tournament on Saturday November 18^th and 19^th featuring CCNY, the University of Mount Union, and the Lions first round opponent Immaculata.

The Lions will then immediately drive into conference play hosting Wesley on Tuesday November 21^st  and host Southern Virginia on Saturday November 25^th.   

After road games with CAC foes Frostburg St. and Salisbury, the Lions will return home to challenge DeSales University in a nonconference match up on Monday December 4^th. Harrisburg will travel to face Elizabethtown on December 17^th before Winter Break.

During the Holiday break, the Lions will travel to play in the Albright College Tournament on December 29^th and 30^th where they will face Albright College in the first round.

In the new year, Harrisburg will travel to face Christopher Newport (Jan 3) before returning home to face Mary Washington (Jan 6). The Lions will get visits from St. Mary's (Jan 13), Salisbury (Jan 20) and Frostburg St. (Jan 31) during the month.

Finally the Lions will close out the regular season playing 3 of their final 4 games at home facing York College (Feb 7), Christopher Newport (Feb 10) and Marymount (Feb 14)  

The conference tournament will begin with the first round on February 21^st, followed by the semifinals and championship on the 23^th and 25^th. The tournament will be played at the site of the higher seed remaining.
