When it comes to expectations for freshmen in their first year on campus they are not normally very high, but when Keith Miller (Lebanon, Pa / Cedar Crest) stepped on to campus expectations went out the window as he shined during his first year at Penn State Harrisburg.
In his first month as a collegiate golfer Miller came out firing, placing 3rd in his second tournament of his college career. From there he would go on the win the Muhlenberg Invitational on the 2nd playoff hole finishing the tournament two over par. He would finish the year out with five top ten finishes including a 6th place finish in the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) Championships earning him a first team All-Conference selection while also taking home Rookie of the Year in the CAC.
With three more years to build he will look to improve on his impressive start to his career.
