Santar Lefleur Named Penn State Harrisburg Honorary Athlete of the Week

Middletown, Pa. - This past Wednesday Penn State Harrisburg honored Special Olympic athlete Santar Lefleur.

Lefleur was honored at half-time of the women’s basketball game against Wesley College on February 18th. It was a touching moment for all in attendance. Santar was introduced and greeted with a warm welcome and round of applause from the crowd on hand.

Lefleur competes in multiple events including soccer,basketball, as well as Track & Field.  She plans to compete in the Special Olympics again this year.  Penn State Harrisburg would like to wish Santar the best of luck in the Special Olympics this summer.
