Harrisburg, PA- Penn State Harrisburg Baseball is set for a run in the CAC playoffs. The Lions earned the #3 Overall seed after going 28-10 Overall and 12-6 in CAC play this season. Thanks to the success the Lions are currently ranked 12th in the Mid-Atlantic Region. This is the first time the Lions have earned a regional ranking in the programs history.
The Lions have hit 35 home runs this season in route to scoring 318 this season. Brett Williams led the CAC in home runs this season, smashing 11 while holding a .346 batting average. The Lions pitching staff holds a team ERA of 5.08 recording 334 strike outs so far this season. Michael De Leon holds the Lions best ERA of 3.00 in 39 innings this season.

Game 2 - #2 Christopher Newport vs. Game 1 loser, 12:30 p.m.
Game 3 - #2 Christopher Newport vs. Game 1 winner, 4 p.m.
Day 2 - Saturday, May 5 - IF THREE TEAMS REMAIN
Game 4 - #3 Penn State Harrisburg vs. #5 Southern Virginia, 11 a.m.
Game 5 - #2 Christopher Newport vs. game 4 winner, 2 p.m.
Day 2 - Saturday - IF TWO TEAMS REMAIN
Game 4 - 2-0 team vs. 1-1 team
Game 5 (if necessary) - Winner advances to championship
