Lions Have Dominating Day, Defeat Wilkes and New England College by Ten Runs

Myrtle Beach, SC. - The Penn State Harrisburg men's baseball team is on a four game win streak after a dominating performance over Wilkes University and New England College on Wednesday March 7th. Harrisburg started their day with an 11-1 win over Wilkes and then took down New England 15-5 in their evening match up.

In their first contest, Penn State scored three runs in the second inning and slowly built a 5-1 lead going into the seventh inning before they took off.  Harrisburg scored two in the seventh and added another four runs in the eighth to breeze by Wilkes.  As a team they produced 13 hits and Chris Iocca and Ethen Kell both claimed home runs in the game.  Kell also had a team high 4 RBI's.  

A few hours later, the Blue and White men were right back at it.  This time facing off against New England College.  Harrisburg kept their hot streak alive and took home a second double digit win to close out the day.  The Lions have one final contest in Myrtle Beach Thursday March 8th when they face Mt. Aloysius for back to back games.
