Crammer Earns League Accolade

GANSEVOORT, N.Y. – Penn State Harrisburg's Travis Crammer (Cerritos, Calif. / Cerritos) has done it again.  Three weeks after being named the North Eastern Athletic Conference's (NEAC) Baseball Student-Athlete of the Week, the junior infielder earned the league's accolade a second time for his performance during the time period ending Sunday, Apr. 7.

In the Lions' doubleheader against Valley Forge Christian on Tuesday, Apr. 2, Crammer went a combined 3-5 at the plate with two runs scored, an RBI, two walks and a stolen base.  He followed it up by walking three times, stealing two bases and scoring three runs in Penn State Harrisburg's 9-1 win over NEAC foe Keuka on Saturday, Apr. 6.  During the Blue & White's pair of 16-3 victories over league rival Cazenovia the next day, Crammer was huge offensively as he went a combined 3-5 inside the box with two home runs, five RBI, five runs scored and another stolen base.

For the week, he racked up a .438 batting average, a .667 on-base percentage and a .812 slugging percentage.  Crammer currently leads the Lions in home runs (6), runs scored (19) and stolen bases (9).  He also leads the NEAC in runs and on-base percentage (.532).
