October 19, 2017 Penn State Harrisburg Announces 2017-18 Men's Basketball Schedule Harrisburg. Pa – Penn State Harrisburg Athletic Director Rashaan Carlton and Head Men's Basketball coach Don Friday have released the 2017-18 schedule, set to tip off the regular season on November 15 at Haverford College. 
October 18, 2017 Lions Struggle In Road Loss to Bobcats Frostburg, Md. – Penn State Harrisburg struggled to find its rhythm on Wednesday night, falling 2-0 to Frostburg State. The Lions struggled to control play and were only able to take 4 shots during the game. Defensively, Hunter Cooper made 4 saves in goal for the Lions. With the loss, Penn State Harrisburg falls to 3-4 in conference play.
October 18, 2017 Fake Has Strong Defensive Showing Harrisburg, Pa. – Penn State Harrisburg battled Frostburg St. in a conference match up that was scoreless for the first 80 minutes. The Lions got an excellent defensive effort from Tabitha Fake who routinely cleared balls from the defense end and her physical play stifled the Bobcats attack for most of the game. The Bobcats would score twice in the 81st and 85th minute to prevail 2-0.
October 17, 2017 Wolf Records 12 Kills in Win Harrisburg, Pa.- Penn State Harrisburg got a 3-1 victory over Mount Aloysius thanks to a solid effort in all phases of the game. On the offensive end, the Lions got 12 kills from Brittany Wolf and 11 kills from Alexis Imler. On the defensive side of the ball, the Lions got 10 digs from both Katelyn Hossler and Ester Talmo. Casey Stump was a major contributor on both sides of the ball, recording 36 assists and 10 digs.
October 14, 2017 Weaver Scores Fourth Goal of the Season Newport News, Va. – Victor Weaver scored his fourth goal of the season, but the Lions could not overcome the Captains offensive attack falling 4-1. The Lions drew six corner kicks in the first half, but could not capitalize on any of those opportunities.
October 14, 2017 Arnold Records Season-High 16 Saves Newport News, VA. – Penn State Harrisburg goalkeeper Kayla Arnold recorded a season-high 16 saves against Christopher Newport. The Captains’ offensive attack pressured the Lions defense all game taking 34 shots, but were only able to find the back of the net once. Meanwhile the Lions offense put four shots on goal, but were unable to find a goal of their own falling 1-0.

Chase Vilga - Men's SoccerPenn State Harrisburg senior Chase Vilga earned Penn State Harrisburg male Player of the Week accolades after tallying four goals and three assist in a 2-1 week for the Lions.  Vilga scored two goals and had two assist in their 8-1 win over Clarks Summit,  one goal and an assist in a 4-0 win over PSU Berks and the Lions lone goal against Elizabethtown College.
