Brandon Miller
Title: Assistant Coach

Brandon Miller is going into his first season as Goalkeeper Coach for Penn State Harrisburg. He was born in Toledo, Ohio and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. While in Charlotte, Brandon spent the majority of his youth career at South Charlotte Soccer Association (now known as Charlotte Soccer Academy). In the summer of 2007, his team won the U.S. Club Soccer National Championship in Greensboro, North Carolina. After graduating from high school, Brandon spent 3.5 years playing Division I soccer at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. In his time there, Brandon won the 2008 & 2009 CAA regular season titles as well as the 2009 CAA tournament title which allowed his team to participate in the NCAA tournament. They advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament before being knocked out by eventual final four participants Wake Forest. In his final season at UNCW, Brandon was named 2011 All-CAA first team goalkeeper. After a successful college career, Brandon signed professionally with the Rochester Rhinos of the second division United Soccer League. Brandon spent four years playing with the Rhinos amassing 28 starts, 16 shutouts and in 2015 winning the USL championship while being named USL Goalkeeper of the Year and 1st Team All-USL. After his final season in Rochester, Brandon signed with the Orange County Blues of the USL where he earned 5 shutouts in 17 starts. Brandon is the current starting goalkeeper for the Harrisburg City Islanders and he is also the owner & operator of Prime Focus Goalkeeping, a goalkeeper-specific soccer brand which produces goalkeeper gloves and apparel.
