Harrisburg Top Ten Moments of 2017-2018 Season- #5

Middletown, Pa- The Penn State Harrisburg Track & Field team had success at the CAC Indoor and Outdoor Championships winning multiple individual championships. Sarah Lehman and Rae Rae Taylor captured championships at both the indoor and outdoor championships, and Jalil Clayton picked up a CAC Outdoor Championship.

Rae Rae Taylor captured the CAC Indoor Championship in the Long Jump with a leap of 5.34 meters, setting a new school record in the process. Taylor picked up the CAC Outdoor Championships in the Javelin Throw and Long Jump. In the Javelin Throw, Taylor launched the Javelin 35.94 Meters to pick up the victory. In the Long Jump, Taylor leapt 5.47 Meters to pick up the CAC Championship.

Sarah Lehman took first place in the Triple Jump, traveling 11.48 meters. This not only tied her school record, it set a new CAC Indoor Championships record. Lehman would then win a CAC Championship in the Triple Jump, traveling 11.56 Meters.

Jalil Clayton captured a CAC Outdoor Championship in the 400 Meter Hurdles, finishing with a time of 53.24.
